We take cancer personally.
That might not fit into what most Corporate Executives would consider a good "business model", however, that's the way it is for us. You see, when you've watched family and friends go from living healthy, happy, and productive lives to fighting to take their next breath, it makes an impression on you. It forces you to hate, despise and want to do everything in your power to destroy the disease that has caused that horrific pain.
That's personal.
The Pretty In Pink Store was not started in a boardroom with Business Managers, Accountants and Investors who decided what a great business this could be. This company was birthed in the mind and heart of one of our executives as he sat as he watched a parent die from cancer.
The initial goal was simple, create Breast Cancer Awareness shirts to support the women participating in the local Brooklyn Breast Cancer Awareness Walk.
It did not take long for us to be inspired by the women participating in that walk and to realize that we had a greater purpose to serve.
After nearly a decade, we are the Nation's leader in Designing, Printing and Manufacturing custom Breast Cancer Awareness apparel and accessories. We supply individuals, teams, corporations, civic organizations, and governmental entities across the country and internationally.
More importantly, we remain dedicated to finding a cure and eliminating Breast Cancer. We use our resources to empower our clients with beautiful clothing that promotes awareness, education, and the prevention of Breast Cancer.
And we still take cancer personally.
